Elite’s Molly Kehoe continues to be star of the 2022-23 Cayman Islands Football Association Women’s Presidents Cup.
Her performance during the cup tournament has been unmatched, leading the table as the top scorer so far.
She first scored four goals against Fusion late last year and over the weekend, she found the back of the net three more times.
The sniper in front of goal, Kehoe, secured her hattrick against her former squad’ Sunset FC, during the semifinals on Sunday (29 January), at the CIFA Centre of Excellence football pitch.
At half time, Kehoe had already put her team up two goals to nil, scoring in the 4th and 38th minute of the game.
Kehoe, the Inside Caribbean Football 2022 female player of the year for the Cayman Islands, then scored in the 72nd minute before Sunset’s Alexia Broomfield capitalised in the 88th minute, closing the game 3-1.
Elite will play Scholars International in the finals after they bested Academy SC in penalties during their semifinals encounter.
