Grant Thornton dethroned reigning champion’s Scotts Equipment to capture the Bakertilly Corporate Squash League title Thursday, 24 June, night at the South Sound Squash Club.
After losing to Scotts Equipment in the round robin stages, Grant Thornton regrouped, did their homework and came into the finals with a game plan that eventually worked in their favour.
The League featured 10 teams, with members of the teams dividing into four (A, B, C and D) divisions.
“We would like to thank all participating companies (Scotts Equipment, Bakertilly, Walkers Global, PwC, KPMG, MUFG, Dart and Grant Thornton),” stated in a Cayman Squash Club release.
The next season is schedule to start in September.
