Cayman Islands amateur golfer Aaron Jarvis signed his National Letter of Intent to play at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), making him officially a Runnin’ Rebel.
Jarvis, 17, committed to UNLV in early September this year to play collegiate golf at the highest level in the United States and after sealing the deal on November 24th, his “dream” is coming true.
“Feels good to officially be a rebel,” Jarvis wrote on his Instagram page. “Just the beginning of something special.”
UNLV won four of their last five Mountain West Conference men’s golf team championships prior to the 2020 season that was disrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Jarvis recently returned home form Orlando, Florida, where he trains at David Leadbetter Golf Academy. He is currently in his mandatory 14 day quarantine where signed his National Letter of Intent.
