Gall nets four goals to extend Latinos’ losing streak

The goals continue to pile up against Latinos after Scholars defeated the spanish team 5-0 Sunday (8 November) night in the Cayman Islands Football Association (CIFA) Women’s League. Scholars’ Shanel Gall was the woman of the match after securing 4 goals for her team.

Gall opened the scoreboards 12 minutes into the match and ten minutes later, she found the back of the net again. Teammate Kimberley Pitta-Thomas also converted a goal in the 41st minute but just before halftime it was Gall once again scoring to earn herself a hatrick.

As if that wasn’t enough; Gall scored her fourth goal to put an end to the game. The match marked Latinos sixth consecutive loss while conceding 54 goals from their opposition. As for Scholars, they move up to third on the CIFA Women’s league table after Roma Fusion loss to Elite 3-0 in their respective fixture.
